Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd
Monthly Payment Plan Agreement.
- This agreement relates to your authority to The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd to direct debit the nominated bank account for any instalments or fees due under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Direct Debit Request. These terms and conditions are set out in this agreement.
- By agreeing to the Direct Debit Request, we will direct debit your account once You have supplied your account details and confirmed the terms and conditions. We will only arrange for funds to be debited to your account as authorized in the direct debit request. If the due date isn’t a business day, we will then debit the amount on the next business day. We won’t change the amount or frequency of these arrangements without informing you first.
- The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd provides Monthly Payment Plans for specified Pest Control Services at a fixed monthly Cost. These service plans can be viewed on our website www.thelittleguypestcontrol.com.au These plans are for a period of 12 months at which time the plan can be renewed by you, the customer. The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd will attempt to call you, and/or send a renewal reminder via email prior to renewal. The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd will NOT automatically continue to debit your nominated Bank account after the 12 month period without your approval and acceptance of Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of a rejected monthly direct debit, a dishonour fee of 5.50 per direct debit attempt will be charged. This fee will be debited separately approximately 5 – 7days after direct debit attempt. Please contact us on 0468 886 165 if you think
there may be an account problem to avoid dishonoured debits.
- You may cancel the direct debit at any time by contacting us in writing. The cancelation will take effect immediately after the next scheduled monthly payment and any and all remaining monthly payments within the 12 month period will be applied to that last scheduled monthly payment to fullfil your obligation to pay for the Pest Control Services carried out by The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd.
- By signing this agreement between us, The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd and You, the Customer, you agree that the monthly payment plan is over a 12 month period which after 12 months forms full payment for the chosen Pest Control Services performed by The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd.
- Additional work not included within the chosen payment plan may incur separate costs outside of the plan. For example, if you plan is the ‘LG Inspect’ and you require a Carpet Pest treatment, the upfront service fee for that particular service will be charged on the day of that service.
- The Little Guy Pest Control ‘Pest Assurance Warranty’ covers the listed pests for the chosen plan. We take great pride in delivering our promise to provide the best service possible to you, our Customer.
- In the event that monthly debits are overdue, we, The Little Guy Pest Control Pty Ltd reserve the right to suspend or terminate any further services to you, the Customer until all overdue payments are made.
